Another Wave Of 2018 SDCC Funko Pop! Exclusives

It has been a couple more days, so Funko has made several more announcements via their blog page and social media about more Funko Pop! Exclusives coming to the 2018 San Diego Comic Con (SDCC). Just like the past few announcements, these had only two or three Pop! Exclusives per blog post and some included multiple Fandoms as well. Let’s take a look at what well will be coming to SDCC this year as an Exclusive.

Pop! Rides

Up first is a Pop! Rides from the animated series Bob’s Burgers that will be Espresso Trip Tina & Unicorn #40. Tina is riding on one of her favorite animals in a caffeine induced trip from her first espresso. This moment comes to us during season 3 episode 23 titled “The Unnatrual”. Bob brings a new espresso machine into the burger shop for customers and after Teddy refuses to give it a try, Tina takes the cup and a sip. She boats down a river of espresso, swims in a gigantic cup of it and flies away on a unicorn.

Pop! Television

Two new Pop! Television figures coming to the 2018 SDCC will be for the animated show Masters of the Universe. This Fandom has been relatively limited in the number of Pop! produced for it, these two new Pop! will be the 25th and 26th for it. From it we will be getting Stinkor #657 and Ram Man #658. The fun thing about Stinkor is that he will be a Scented Pop! I’m sure we can all guess what his scent will be too.

Pop! Game of Thrones

The next Pop! comes to us from the Game of Thrones series, it is Olenna Tyrell #64. Popularly known by her nickname, Queen of Thorns, this Pop! is adorned with her signature blue headdress and holing a glass of wine.

More television Pop! were announced later that same day, these were for the show Stranger Things. First on the list was Dustin (Snowball Dance) #617. Dustin is looking rather dapper dressed up for the ball. His hair is slicked back and wearing a suit jacket. Also, from Stranger Things is a 2-Pack for Billy & Karen. Karen is in her bathrobe when Billy stopped by looking for his sister. His shirt unbuttoned and cookie in hand.

Now up in the Pop! Television Fandom we go back to 1960 Green Hornet. This is another 2-Pack for us with the feature characters from the show, The Green Hornet & Kato. Both are looking rather suave in the suits and masks. And those white eyes really stand out, especially Kato with his black mask.

Was it more Pop! Television you wanted? Then you are in luck. From the show Riverdale we have Josie McCoy #616. Riverdale is a teen drama that is based on the characters and setting of the classic series of Archie Comics. Josie is the lead singer and guitarist for Josie and the Pussycats and a classmate to Archie and his friends.

And yes, one more Pop! Television for you for the 2018 SDCC. From the series Parks and Recreation they give us Ron Swanson #652 with cornrows. This version of Ron comes from the third season, episode four called Ron & Tammy II. Ron’s ex-wife Tammy is back at it trying to corrupt Ron.

Pop! Ad Icons

And now for something different from Funko after all of those Pop! Television figures. A new edition to the Pop! Ad Icons Fandom will be Crunchberry Beast #15. This colorful, adorable creature lived primarily on a diet of Crunchberries while living on the Crunchberry Islands. He first appeared in the early 1970s in commercials and on cereal boxes.

Pop! WWE

For the WWE Fandom Funko is bringing Asuka #56 to the 2018 SDCC. Asuka is a female professional wrestler who came to the WWE in 2016. She rose to fame in leagues in Japan beginning her career in 2004. Her claim to fame is having the longest undefeated streak in WWE history. Her Pop! has some really nice bright, neon colors on her uniform and leopard print boots.

Spastik Plastik

And the last announcement that will be in this post for 2018 SDCC is two new figures for the Spastik Plastik production line. Funko is bringing over a couple more figures from their original characters in the Spastik Plastik line. These both will be a limited edition at 5000 pieces each. And they are Gill #9 the up-to-no-good sea creature and Sam #10 the BBQ loving pig.

The List Keeps Growing

That turned out to be a longer one than I thought it was going to be. But I wanted to get as many of them in as I could. That Pop! Television section kept growing. I do really like that Dustin from Stranger Things though. I know some don’t like different versions of the same characters and others want as many versions as they can get. That Dustin is a nice touch.

Do you see any from this post that you would love to have? Share it with everyone in the comments below.

And check out the Disney and Marvel announcements if you happen to miss them.
